4th Sunday of Advent

Mary is the woman who bring Jesus’ real presence into the world and she can truly say of him ‘this is my body, this is my blood’. Through her his presence is known and celebrated.
Laetare Sunday

In our Gospels we discover Jesus, God made visible, reaching out especially to the poor, the sick and sinners, embracing them tenderly with love and rejoicing.
Christ, Universal King

This is the gospel image of royalty: the king and the criminal who go together into paradise.
Living each day in God’s presence

If we make a conscious effort to dedicate each day to God, we open the way to experiencing each day as valuable.
Feast of the Dedication of the Lateran Basilica

As we celebrate this feast, we give thanks not just for an ancient building in Rome, but for the living Church of which we are part.
All Saint’s Day

‘To all God’s beloved in Rome, who are called to be saints’ (Romans 1:7).
