29th November 2025 to 6th January 2026

Advent is a time of preparation for Jesus’ arrival. The word ‘Advent’ itself means Arrival. This time of preparation is one of the oldest seasons of christianity traditions, dating back to the 4th and 5th centuries.

Advent begins 4 weeks before Christmas, where we prepare our hearts and minds for Jesus’ arrival. We can do this in many different ways, such as prayer, reflection and acts of kindness.

Click below for the Advent and Christmas 2025 booklet or keep reading to find out what you can attend in our parish to help prepare yourself for Christmas.
