Dear Parishioner,

Ealing Abbey Lenten Appeal 2024

Our special Lenten Appeal this year will be to raise funds for Friends of the Holy Land to support their mission to bring hope and healing in Gaza.

Friends of the Holy Land works to support the lives and witness of Christians living in the Holy Land through prayer and practical projects, recognising the importance of their continued presence in the land where Jesus once walked. Now more than ever, their projects focus on Support, bringing Hope and Healing to help the Christian community in the Holy Land endure the crisis and become more resilient.

A big heartfelt thank you

to everyone who contributed to our Lenten Project 2024 in aid of Friends of the Holy Land. Your kind generosity helped us as a Parish to raise a total of £7,581.33 (£7,955.33 with Gift Aid) from our retiring collections, Ealing Abbey Fundraiser page and Lenten Luncheon.

Thank you to our Social Committee who helped make our Lenten Luncheon successful and to everyone who donated prizes for the raffle.

Friends of the Holy Land would also like to thank all parishioners for the church collections, donations via the Fundraising Page, card donations and donations from the Lenten Luncheon, of £7,955.33, for Christians in the Holy Land. Your donation will help us to support the most vulnerable at this very challenging time. Please continue to pray for the Holy Land and a peaceful resolution.’
