A special Newman Circle talk on ‘The Crown and the Cross –

– the British Monarchy and the Church after the Coronation’

 

A very interesting and timely topic following the recent Coronation and particularly given King Charles’ earlier expressed views on the subject when he was the Prince of Wales.

 

Our speaker is Catherine Peppinster, who is a journalist (ex-editor of the The Tablet), a regular radio presenter on religious subjects and also a longstanding member of Ealing Abbey Parish.

Prior to the talk,, Ealing Newman Circle will be holding a brief AGM, begining at 7.15pm. Everyone is welcome to intend but voting on policy issues will be limited to registered members of the Circle.
